Tall Folk are an Ōtepoti-based folk duo made up of long-legged Lara Robertson, and long-necked Jack Ringhand (they are tall folk you see!) Jack brings mid-western twang from his home turf of the USA, while Lara’s time embedded in the Dunedin folk scene softens this sound with warm, raspy vocals and their alluring harmonies. The music video for Dani is the first to be released in a series of visuals being made for the tracks on their debut album “Wiser”. The lush scenery of Kamau Taurua and wistful tune create a lovely listening/watching experience.
